After a job is completed, both the hirer and the hiree can rate each other on a 5-star scale. These are averaged out for an overall rating. More recent ratings have more weight, so if you are improving, this will benefit your rating more. These ratings help maintain quality and reliability on our platform. The ratings are based on the following:

• Gig-Guru: attention to detail, punctuality, work ethic, knowledge, follow instructions, appearance, personable/client interaction.
• Gig-Scout:safety on site, job matches description, treated with respect, good working conditions

GIG-Space is free to join and browse. We operate on a commission basis, taking a small fee from both the hirer and the hiree upon the job being completed. The exact percentage will be displayed in your online dashboard. So if you don’t get work, you don’t have to pay.

Yes, we offer a tiered membership system that provides access to specialized services, advanced data, and other benefits. Membership levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Payments are processed through our secure platform. Once a job is completed and approved, the payment will be released to your account.

GIG-Space takes payments for the job prior to commencement and holds them in escrow, so that once the job is completed and signed off by both parties, the funds are instantly released.

Automatically. Upon the gig being accepted, invoices are sent off for prepayment. These are then adjusted if the job timeframe changes. Payment of invoices needs to occur 48 hours prior to commencement of the job.

Upon completion of the job, based upon the job details, GIG-Space will send a confirmation message to both parties, requesting confirmation of completion and any changes to times. Upon both parties confirming, invoices and remittances are automatically sent off, and payment made.
