Post a GIG
Set up your JOB-Profile. This will allow our AI system to match your GIG to GIG-Gurus. You are able to list mandatory requirements for the GIG, and optional requirements for the GIG, and our AI will give you Guru's with a % match for both, from highest match to lowest. . If not enough choices, just alter your requirements. You can set you preferred price for the GIG as hourly rate, 1/2 day rate, full day rate, or total rate for a GIG, and the Guru can accept this, or put an alternative bid in for it. Once GIG-Gurus show interest based on your JOB-Profile, you can view the mandatory Video Resumes of your applicants, and even use our compare function to show your GIG-Gurus side by side. Then just accept your best applicant.

You have awarded your GIG. Well Done. You GIG-Guru will be sent all on-boarding details, itinerary, and supervisor contact details for the GIG, that you have uploaded into the JOB-Profile. This can also be used as a template for future GIG's. You will also get a reminder to confirm the itinerary 24 hours prior to the GIG. For any queries or correspondence, make use our on-line secure messaging service. This will keep track of all correspondence, in case of any issues.

Your GIG has been completed - your clients loved your choice. Upon this successful completion of the GIG, our automated payment and invoicing system kicks into gear.
Upon completion of the job, you and your GIG-Guru will confirm job has been completed via an automated link. A tax invoice will be automatically submitted thru our system by the GIG-Guru to you and can even be dropped straight into your accounting system if compatible. This invoice will show the agreed rate, GIG duration, total owing, supervisor that authorized it, tax and our small processing fee.
